My favorite season is here. I'm ready for warm apple pie, amber leaves, and Halloween. Fall is just magical in New England. It makes you want to take a long walk through the woods, sip apple cider, and carve a pumpkin. Or just stop by Starbucks for a spiced pumpkin latte :) Either way, fall is upon us and I am one happy gal.
Since I didn't do too well at conquering my summer "to-do" list, I figured I'd give it a shot with a new one this autumn.
- Go to Harpoon Octoberfest
- Bake an apple pie, apple crisp, and warm gingerbread
- Go apple picking
- Wine tasting at Nashoba Valley
- Climb Mt. Monadnock
- Carve a pumpkin and roast the pumpkin seeds
- Play in the leaves
- Plant mums on the patio
- Tailgate the Head of the Charles
- Go to Plymouth Plantation
- Drink cider by the fire
- Visit the berkshires
- Kayak/canoe
- Face my fears and try a haunted house
- Eat a caramel apple
haunted house please!! on halloween! and then we can relive the HS glory days :)
