This morning I woke up craving something sweet and salty. A friend of mine had recently shared these incredible "Compost" cookies from Momofuku Milk Bar in NYC, and I am dreaming of these today. They are made of pretzels, potato chips, butterscotch, and chocolate chips....the perfect combination of sugar and salt. Unfortunately, I do not have these cookies in my kitchen at the moment, so hopefully something from Starbucks can suffice.
