This week Kristen and I have been trying to improve our diets and incorporate more whole foods, fruits, and veggies into what we eat. One of the things we've been sipping on this week is Jillian Michaels' body cleansing juice. It's supposed to help flush your body of any toxins and help promote healthy weight loss. Could be total bull, but we're giving it a shot.
60 oz distilled water1 T 100% pure cranberry juice (no sugar added, non-cocktail)2 T lemon juice1 dandelion root tea bag
Make a large batch and sip all day. Do up to 7 days.
Maybe change the title of this post to "struggling" hahaha... I'm hungry.
