Kris and I started our new health kick last night. Our fridge is stocked with veggies and fruit, cottage cheese, and yogurts. Last night for dinner we had whole wheat english muffins with avocado and tomato. Surprisingly, they were yummy and filling! At some point this week we are making this goat cheese zucchini whole-wheat pizza. Here's to healthier, happier living :)
