If I was deserted on an island and had to bring only one food item with me, it would most definitely be cheese. How can you not love the salty goodness of cheese? It makes any dish instantly better, and alone it is heavenly. I love all types of cheese---string cheese, brie, blue cheese, gruyere, provolone, swiss, cheddar, feta, manchego, mozzarella---I have yet to encounter a cheese I don't like. That is why when my girlfriends decided to head to The Wine Cellar for fondue night, I couldn't have been happier. Paired with 10 wine tastings for $10, it was a wondahful gals night out!
