Happy Weekend, everyone! I hope you have marvelous adventures planned for the next couple of days. I will be spending much of my weekend nestled away in my apartment studying, but if you are out and about in Boston, here are some things to do:
1. Girl Talk; Saturday, February 26th at 6PM; House of Blues:
Spend Saturday night groovin' to Girl Talk's insanely fun mashups.

| foto 2. The Donkey Show; Saturday, February 26th; Oberon at 8pm & 10:30pm; Tickets $25 for the dance floor: Come see the crazy, disco-rendition of A Midsummer Night's Dream in Harvard Square. I went to this with my mumma awhile back and it was an absolute blast (although half the time I didn't really understand what was going on in the show). 70's music blasts as sparkly speedo-clad men run around on roller skates and glitter falls from the sky. At the end of the show, they continue the music and the show turns into an all-out dance party. It's pretty wild and risque, but if you're looking to try something different for your Saturday night out, I'd highly recommend this event (plus, they have a full bar).  foto 3. Mary Poppins; Saturday, February 26th and 27th; Boston Opera House: Im heading to see Mary Poppins with my family this weekend. It was one of my favorite movies as a child, and I'm excited to see it on the stage. How can you not love "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious"?!!  foto 4. Jazz Brunch at The Beehive; Sunday, February 27th; 10:30am-3pm; 541 Tremont Street: A very funky brunch spot with a hipster vibe. Try the La Vie en Rose and the french toast.  foto 5. Noir's Red Carpet Oscar Party; Sunday, February 27th; 6:30pm; One Bennett Street, Cambridge: Head to Noir Sunday night in your most glamorous dress for their Oscar viewing party. Walk the red carpet, sip on some bubbly, and applaud the 2011 Oscar winners. You could even win brunch for two at Henrietta's Table. No matter what you choose to do this weekend, I hope you relax, indulge, and stay happy :) xo, Kendra |
